Terms and Conditions
Reservations held for one week pending receipt of deposit.
Deposit is 25% of total agreed cost.
Balance to be received and cleared one month before arrival.
Reservations are confirmed by receipt of payment, either by cheque or by direct transfer to our bank in Spain. Once a reservation has been accepted by us (by telephone or e-mail), we will send an account providing the relevant details for making the payment.
Cancellation: we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in respect of cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date. No refund will be made in respect of cancellations made within 60 days, postponed arrival, or early departure. Therefore we suggest that you take out comprehensive travel insurance.
